After much thought, I’ve decided to close S.E.K Fitness and will no longer be taking on new clients.

Supporting busy moms and women on their health and fitness journeys over these past 8 years has been such an honor, and I’m endlessly grateful for the trust, love, and support I’ve received along the way.

This chapter may be closing, but I’ll always carry this community with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of it.
